- Customized high-density polystyrene block with bevels on the corners and tapering towards the bottom on the 3 upper sides
- Steel baseplate, resting against the back
- Sheet of metal useful for treading on when casting
- Threaded steel rod, useful for extraction
- Hooking eyelet for hydraulic extractor
WORK STAGES:
Preparation:
- Prepare the starting platform with a slope towards the bottom Prepare woodwork for partition walls and external walls
- Wrap the formworks with a polyethylene sheet supplied by us and place them on the first casting row
- Block the formwork on the top with wooden trim
- Position foundation irons and cast
Extraction:
- The next day the formwork is ready to be extracted using a special extractor included as part of the supply
- Repeat the preparation operation from point 3 onwards for all the following castings
